August 11, 2009 - Senator Waugh comments on Senate Bill 240, which would
modernize, standardize and improve Pennsylvania's Emergency Medical Services Law
to ensure high levels of patient care and greater public safety.
July 20, 2009 - Senator Waugh comments after the Senate voted to amend House
Bill 1416. The vote restored higher education and student aid to the general
fund budget. The Senate spending plan is balanced and does not require any tax
increases. July 14, 2009 - Senator Waugh urges action on a state budget that cuts spending
